Fuji Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Magic 10 to 1 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

- Username: Your chosen display name within the App
- Password: Encrypted and stored securely through Firebase Authentication (we do not store your plain-text password)
- Display Name: If you sign in using Google or Apple, we may collect your display name from these services
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we automatically collect:
- User ID (UID): A unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication
- Game Statistics: High scores, game history, round data, and performance metrics
- Account Creation Date: The date and time when your account was created
- FCM Tokens: Device tokens used for push notifications about game events
- Game State Data: Information about active games, including player IDs, game settings, scores, and game progress
1.3 Third-Party Authentication
If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple:
- Google Sign-In: We receive your email address and display name from Google
- Apple Sign-In: We receive your email address (if you choose to share it) and name from Apple
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
- Enable gameplay and multiplayer features
- Track and display high scores and game statistics
- Send push notifications about game events (turns, game invitations, etc.)
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
- Improve and optimize the App's functionality and user experience
- Ensure the security and integrity of the App
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
3.1 Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud database storage (Firestore), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging). Firebase's privacy policy is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Sign-In: If you choose to use Google authentication
- Apple Sign-In: If you choose to use Apple authentication
3.2 Other Players
Your username and game statistics may be visible to other players within the App for gameplay purposes.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: We retain your account information (email, username, UID) as long as your account remains active
- Authentication Data: When you delete your account, Firebase Authentication immediately removes your authentication credentials
- Game Data: Game state data and statistics associated with your UID remain in our database after account deletion for record-keeping purposes. This data consists primarily of UIDs, game statistics, and gameplay history
- Deletion Requests: You may request complete deletion of all your data by contacting us at [email protected]
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication through Firebase Authentication
- Regular security updates and monitoring
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can view and access your account information within the App
- Correction: You can update your username through the App's settings
- Deletion: You can delete your account through the App's settings or by contacting us
- Opt-Out of Notifications: You can disable push notifications through your device settings
- Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 11. Compliance with App Store Requirements
11.1 Google Play Store
This Privacy Policy complies with Google Play Store requirements. We have completed the Data Safety section in the Play Console, disclosing all data collection and sharing practices.
11.2 Apple App Store
This Privacy Policy complies with Apple App Store requirements. We have completed the App Privacy Details section in App Store Connect, providing information about our data collection practices.
12. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using your personal information depends on the data concerned and the context in which we collect it:
